I am a homeowner, multi-family housing owner/property manager, and residential and commercial property investor.  My real estate career is founded on 25 years in the market research industry.  As founder of Direct Perspective, a market research consultancy, I help reveal the drivers for choice and provide market analysis for strategic business and marketing communications planning.  I am committed to the fundamental belief that research driven decisions reduce risk.  I apply these same skills helping my clients with their personal and professional real estate investment decisions.
